The Training Academy is pleased to offer a customized agent productivity program. Dan Elzer, President of The Training Academy, delivers impactful content to agents in an 8-week spaced learning format. Real Estate SWAT School will arm you with the critical skills needed to generate listing opportunities, handle difficult prospects and close more deals.
Once you register for the course, you have one year to start the course. Once you start the course, you have ten weeks to complete the eight week course.

So I spent way too much time and money, a year plus and well over $1500.00, for different trainings and spending money in the wrong areas of my business, prior to finding Dan’s class! This is simple for me to express especially if you are a new agent: Do you want to get the best financial & time return on investment? (I felt I received my money’s worth and the knowledge that was promised in the first four sessions alone ) Do you want to set the best foundation to begin your real estate career?, Do you want the best practical training in an easy to understand format that you can immediately implement? Do you want a trainer who presents information without the unnecessary waste of your time… entertainment factor? (lol sorry Dan nothing personal but if I wanted entertainment I’ll watch TV or a movie!) Stop…pass on all other training and sign up for Swat! It is a valuable investment that I am confident, within one year, will make this new agent one of, if not the best agent, in my area! I have absolutely no reason not to believe investing in Swat will do the same for you. Lastly, if you are an “experienced agent not at the top of your market…re-boot your career and take Swat! I cannot thank you Dan enough!
